AI Automation Engineer at Activate Talent. About the Role. We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and ship real-world AI systems—fast. This is not a research role. You’ll be working hands-on with tools like Lovable, OpenClaw, n8n, and AI agents/bots to automate workflows, connect systems, and deploy production-ready solutions.. Build and deploy AI-powered automations using Lovable, OpenClaw, n8n, and similar orchestration tools. Design and maintain AI agents, bots, and workflow automations that connect multiple systems (CRM, Slack, email, databases, APIs, etc.). Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into real workflows—not demosOwn projects end-to-end: requirements → build → test → deploy → iterateCreate scalable, reusable automations that non-technical teams can rely onDebug, optimize, and improve performance and reliability of AI workflowsCollaborate with product, ops, and business teams to identify automation opportunities. Who This Is Not For. Pure researchers“Prompt engineers” who haven’t shipped anythingDevelopers who need extremely detailed specs for every task. What We’re Looking For. Proven experience building AI automations or agents in production. Hands-on experience with Lovable, OpenClaw, n8n, or similar no/low-code AI orchestration tools. Strong understanding of LLMs, prompts, and agent behavior. Experience building bots (Slack bots, chatbots, internal tools, etc.)Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrationsAbility to think in systems and workflows, not just codeStrong problem-solving instincts—you don’t wait for perfect specs. Nice to Have (But Not Required). Experience with Zapier, Make, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworksBasic frontend or UI experience for internal toolsFamiliarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), databases, or analytics toolsStartup or fast-paced environment experience.
