Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, sizing, orders, and returns.'. . Document customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.. . Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product launches, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.. .
