We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager, Compensation in the United States.. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the tools and processes behind sales compensation, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with finance and revenue teams to maintain commission integrity and streamline operations across departments. With full autonomy and strong cross-functional impact, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to lead mission-critical compensation initiatives from the ground up.. . Accountabilities:. . Administer and manage the end-to-end operations of the company’s sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or similar).. . Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to implement and maintain aligned, goal-driven compensation plans.. . Accurately calculate, validate, and process monthly and quarterly commission payouts.. . Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all compensation processes.. . Handle inquiries from sales reps and managers regarding commission structures and calculations.. . Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.. . Drive successful plan rollouts and updates, including change management across internal stakeholders.. . Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance-to-plan and compensation effectiveness.. . 3+ years of experience managing sales compensation tools or processes within a Sales or Revenue Operations team.. . Proficiency with sales commission platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar.. . Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for commission validation and reporting.. . High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.. . Strong communicator with the ability to clearly explain compensation systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience with CRM-integrated comp systems, preferably Salesforce.. .
