We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator in United States.. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative finance team where accuracy, organization, and communication are key. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will support the smooth functioning of financial operations by managing invoices, reconciliations, payments, and vendor relationships. This position involves working closely with multiple departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The position is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.. . Accountabilities:. . Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice collection, approvals, and payments.. . Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and inter-company settlements.. . Audit and process employee expense reports, ensuring accurate coding to cost centers.. . Reconcile A/P sub-ledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end closing.. . Maintain vendor records, including 1099 information, and support year-end reporting.. . Perform 3-way match reviews for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.. . Ensure timely payments for recurring monthly obligations and prepare accrual listings.. . Reconcile corporate credit card statements and maintain organized financial files.. . Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and provide support during audits.. . Assist the Controller with special projects as needed.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.. . Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, ideally within a consumer products company.. . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.. . Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.. .
