We are currently looking for a Regional Vice President in the United States.. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple academy sites and district partnerships within a designated region, ensuring both academic excellence and fiscal success. The Regional Vice President will drive enrollment growth, student engagement, and graduation outcomes by providing strategic direction, managing operational and academic practices, and building strong relationships with district stakeholders. Leading a team of academy directors and collaborating with cross-functional executives, this role demands a visionary leader committed to innovative education models and student success. The position supports a remote work environment, with an expectation to be based in or relocate to Las Vegas within 60 days of hire.. Accountabilities:. . Lead and execute strategic plans to grow graduation candidate enrollment across assigned regions and partnerships.. . Hold academy leadership accountable for meeting revenue, budget, and performance goals.. . Ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of educational models and compliance with regulatory standards.. . Support academy teams in achieving targets for student engagement, course completion, credit earning, and graduations.. . Foster and maintain strong relationships with district stakeholders and internal teams.. . Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and team culture.. . Drive innovation to maximize operational efficiency and impact across regional academies.. . . Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.. . 7 to 10 years of K–12 educational leadership experience, ideally with district-level management.. . Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and achieving academic and enrollment goals.. . Strong skills in visionary leadership, data-driven decision-making, staff development, and stakeholder engagement.. . Commitment to serving non-traditional learners and improving outcomes through innovative education.. . Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.. .
