Role Overview:. We are hiring a. Talent Matcher . to take ownership of day-to-day execution of both sides of our business — . talent matching. and . solution delivery. (data and AI consulting projects). This role blends delivery leadership with direct involvement in execution — from onboarding engineers and tracking performance, to managing projects, talking to clients, and ensuring things get done right.. You’ll work closely with the founders, engineers, and clients — acting as the glue between talent, delivery, and operations. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.. Key Responsibilities. . Talent Matching. . . Execute end-to-end talent matching for client needs: screen candidates, assess fit, and shortlist profiles . . Coordinate and lead candidate interviews, feedback loops, and client communication . . Manage contracts, rate confirmations, and onboarding of new engineers . . Maintain and update candidate pipelines, databases, and documentation . . Work directly with client stakeholders to understand role requirements and tailor search efforts . . Ensure continuous alignment, communication, and performance after placement. . . Solutions Delivery (Data & AI Projects). . . Be responsible for assembling the project teams, including scoping out the roles, recruiting, and matching talents. . Collaborate with technical leads and engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize delivery processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution . . Maintain visibility across multiple projects and proactively mitigate delivery risks . . . Operational Leadership. . . Own the day-to-day delivery and talent matching ops: task tracking, performance dashboards, and reporting . . Implement KPIs and reporting structures to monitor delivery quality, utilization, and client satisfaction . . Build and scale delivery playbooks for both talent sourcing and solutions engagements . . Contribute to commercial discussions by supporting presales, pricing models, and resource planning. . . . 6–10 years of experience across . talent sourcing, matching, and delivery operations. in tech consulting, outsourcing, or startups . . Strong track record of . recruiting and placing engineers. , including screening, interviewing, and onboarding . . Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid delivery model (internal + outsourced) . . Comfortable managing delivery timelines, project scoping, and client communication . . Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills . . Experience working closely with founders or in small, fast-paced teams . . Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning both strategic and executional tasks . . Familiarity with tech roles, especially in data, AI, or software engineering (you don’t need to be technical, but you do need to understand role requirements and context) . .
