You will drive strategic and tactical research efforts to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points—informing product strategy and innovation across the organization. In this role, you will help establish a strong research culture, develop scalable processes, and mentor others in user-centered practices. Working closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics, you’ll ensure decisions are backed by evidence while balancing speed and rigor. Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities aligned with business goals and user needs.. . Plan and conduct end-to-end studies using both qualitative (interviews, usability) and quantitative (surveys, behavioral analysis) methods.. . Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations that guide product strategy and innovation.. . Drive and maintain your own research roadmap, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.. . Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor, using evidence-based insights to influence key product decisions.. . Develop and standardize research processes, templates, and best practices across the product organization.. . Coach designers on how to run their own user testing and mentor other researchers on methodologies and communication.. . Contribute to the design of AI-first product experiences through targeted user research and experimentation.. . . 6+ years of experience in user or market research, with expertise in mixed-method approaches.. . Experience contributing to AI-first products, including LLM-powered interactions.. . Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to connect research insights to business value.. . Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambiguous problem spaces.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor insights and presentations to different audiences.. .
