Accountabilities:. . Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for assigned products, including target audience definition, positioning, messaging, and distribution planning.. . Develop differentiated value propositions and lead product and feature launches from ideation through execution.. . Collaborate with product management and commercial strategy teams to translate roadmaps and market signals into effective marketing content.. . Create impactful marketing assets—white papers, blogs, presentations, sales decks, landing page messaging, and demo videos.. . Lead sales enablement by developing tools such as one-pagers, walkthroughs, playbooks, and pitch decks.. . Serve as the internal voice of the customer, continuously refining positioning through research, feedback, and competitive analysis.. . Train and support sales teams on new messaging and tools, acting as the marketing point of contact for your portfolio.. . Present GTM strategies and updates internally to drive alignment and enthusiasm across departments.. . . . 5–7 years of B2B product marketing or marketing experience, ideally within healthcare technology or health insurance.. . Proven success launching technology products and managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.. . Exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive deliverables to completion with urgency and quality.. . Strong written communication and storytelling skills with an eye for design and brand consistency.. . Ability to translate complex healthcare, clinical, and data concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.. . Proactive, flexible, and self-driven, with the confidence to lead independently and collaboratively.. . Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.. .
