You will work cross-functionally with design, product development, marketing, and logistics teams to bring creative products to life at scale, while maintaining strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers.. Responsibilities. Manage the full production lifecycle across multiple product lines and SKUs, from development through delivery. Create tech packs, costing sheets, and production briefs to translate concepts into production-ready specifications. Source, evaluate, and onboard global manufacturers while negotiating pricing, MOQs, and timelines. Build and manage production timelines to ensure launches stay on track. Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align on product execution and delivery. Oversee sampling processes, including reviewing and approving samples with clear feedback. Track production progress, identify delays, and resolve issues with suppliers proactively. Ensure consistent product quality across all production runs, including materials, construction, and packaging. Manage costing to meet margin targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Support inventory planning and production quantities based on demand forecasts. Maintain accurate production documentation, purchase orders, and supplier records. Support retail partnerships with product timelines, requirements, and exclusive launches. Must-Have. Experience managing end-to-end production and sourcing for consumer products such as apparel, accessories, stationery, or similar. Strong knowledge of global manufacturing and experience working with overseas suppliers. Proven ability to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines. Experience creating tech packs, costing sheets, and production documentation. Hands-on experience with product development cycles, including sampling and quality control. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule. Strong communication and supplier management skills. Nice-to-Have. Experience working in fast-paced consumer brands or licensing-driven environments.
