Talent Sourcer at MLabs. We’re on the lookout for driven, curious, go-getters to join our sourcing team.. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the person who tracks down those hard-to-find developers and engineers. You’ll reach out to them, start the conversation, and once they’re interested in the opportunity, you’ll hand them over to our recruiters to guide them through the rest of the process.. This is a busy, high-energy job. There’s a lot going on at once, but it’s also hugely rewarding. You’ll get to see the direct impact you’re making as candidates you find go on to land great roles.. You don’t need previous recruitment experience, we’re looking for the right attitude and persistence.. What You’ll Be Doing. Hunt down and engage hard-to-find tech talent across platforms like LinkedIn.. Reach out to potential candidates, spark conversations, and see if they’re open to new opportunities.. Build strong talent pipelines for specialist roles in software, data, AI, and more.. Work on multiple searches at once, managing a fast-moving workload.. Hand over interested, qualified candidates to our recruiters to take them through the next stages.. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to keep searches focused and on track.. Learn the ropes of technical sourcing while getting exposure to some of the best-known companies in tech.. What We’re Looking For. We’re more interested in your drive and personality than your CV..
