The . Sales Administrator . at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end sales process. This position is responsible for managing sales documentation, ensuring pricing and job costing accuracy, verifying payments and financing, and coordinating between sales, operations, and customers to ensure jobs are accurately processed and ready for installation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a collaborative approach to resolving issues quickly and effectively.. General Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:. . Responsible for monitoring the New Sales mailbox; upload workbooks, contracts and financing documents into the CRM. . . Confirm down payments are properly processed via Centah or PaySimple. . Verify financing details are documented in the CRM prior to job advancement. . . Review sales contracts to ensure all materials for job completion are included.. . Identify and price any additional items using Leap. Document all adjustments via change orders in the CRM. . . Create new work orders for approved jobs in the CRM.. . Cross- Reference contracts with workbooks to ensure accuracy. Resolve any discrepancies directly with sales representatives.. . Partner with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure resolution within 24 hours. . . Contact customers as needed for clarification on sales orders.. . Monitor job status and ensure all requirements are met before pushing through to production in the CRM. . . Other duties as assigned. . . Compensation for a Sales Administrator is based on experience; $27/hr.+ . Requirements of a Sales Administrator:. . 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative role. Preferably within the home improvement or construction industry.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (Salesforce preferred). . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.. . Strong organizational and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.. . Company Location: United States.
