Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiries.. . Create personalized, value-driven messaging to engage decision-makers and technical advocates.. . Collaborate with account executives and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.. . Track all activity in Salesforce and outreach tools to support team reporting and lead management.. . Set up qualified sales appointments and transition leads to account executives for further qualification.. . Mentor future BDR hires and contribute to best practices within the sales development team.. . . 1+ year of professional experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role.. . Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo.. . Experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and multi-touch campaigns.. . Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a results-oriented, self-starter attitude.. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high sense of urgency.. .
