Our mission is to streamline transportation, freeing up drivers to provide top-notch service to their customers hassle-free.. We're looking for a part-time Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.. Responsibilities of Dispute Resolution Specialist :. . Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to gather all necessary information and evidence.. . Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer chargebacks and disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism.. . Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.. . Engage in effective communication through calls and emails related to disputes and negotiations.. . Provide feedback to internal teams on process improvements to increase chargeback recovery ratio.. . . Proficiency in English (B2+ level). . Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal certification or a related field.. . Previous experience in chargeback and dispute resolution, preferably in Stripe.. . Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. . Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.. . If you also have experience in B2C collections, there is an opportunity for a full-time hybrid position of Dispute Resolution Specialist and Collections Agent.. Company Location: Georgia.
