Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan & South Korea);. . Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;. . Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;. . Helping the team to manage key partners;. . Hiring and training staff;. . Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;. . Market research, analysis and forecasting;. . Direct reports are Country Managers of the region.. . . 7+ years of experience within travel industry;. . Successful experience of managing a commerical team of at least three years;. . An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;. . Excellent communication skills;. . Strong organizational and management skills;. .
