Email Marketing Manager at Swiraj. Swiraj is seeking a dynamic and innovative Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique, commission-based role where your primary focus will be on reaching out to food distributors, introducing them to our product line, and driving engagement through strategic email outreach and personalized communication.. As an essential part of our marketing initiative, you’ll play a hands-on role in launching targeted email campaigns, offering free product samples, and building lasting relationships with potential partners. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and key distributors, helping them experience our products firsthand and guiding them through the conversion process.. What You’ll Do. • Research and identify food distributors who align with our products. • Reach out through personalized email campaigns, introducing Swiraj’s offerings. • Coordinate the delivery of free product samples and ensure timely follow-up. • Manage and optimize email automation workflows for outreach and lead nurturing. • Analyze performance data and adjust messaging to improve results. • Collaborate with content and design teams to craft engaging email content. • Stay compliant with email marketing best practices and evolving regulations. What We’re Looking For. • Proven experience in email marketing and outreach strategy. • Strong written communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better engagement. • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). • A proactive mindset and results-driven approach. • Background or familiarity with the food industry/distribution is a plus. Compensation. This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview and is based on the results you generate. Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. . Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). . Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. . Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform marketing strategies. .
