About the role:. As a Customer Service Print Specialist at Mixam, you'll be the frontline contact for our customers, supporting them with their print orders, troubleshooting issues, and making sure every interaction is seamless.. This is a brand-new opportunity and an exciting time to join Mixam supporting our Japanese Customer base. You'll join our dedicated and talented remote team in Australia and be the very first member supporting our Japanese Customers as we expand into this market, while working closely with colleagues across Australia, the US, Canada and the UK.. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of print production processes, proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Someone who can hit the ground running and help shape how we support customers in this new market.. Key Responsibilities:. Handle day-to-day customer inquiries through email, chat and phone - in Japanese and English. . Collaborate with colleagues in to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.. Address and resolve standard customer issues independently.. Escalate more complex problems to Senior Customer Service team members or the Team Leader when required.. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide extra support where needed.. Take part in meetings to share updates, knowledge and improvements.. Communicate effectively with team members across regions to ensure a consistent approach to service.. Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements.. Previous experience in a customer service position. Must be fluent in both Japanese & English. . Experience within the print or publishing industry, with an appreciation for pre-press & print processes.. Confident handling multiple customer inquiries at once and prioritising tasks effectively.. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems. Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) would be a plus.. Understanding of different printing techniques and materials.. To Apply:.
