You will design and implement people strategies, programs, and initiatives that enhance engagement, leadership effectiveness, and operational performance. You will guide leaders through organizational change, optimize HR processes, and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations. Serve as a trusted advisor to Care leaders and managers, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee relations.. . Design, implement, and scale people programs tailored to clinical and member-facing teams, collaborating cross-functionally.. . Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support growth and evolving care delivery models.. . Drive engagement and enhance employee experience through surveys, action plans, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.. . Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, equitable, and consistently applied across multi-state operations.. . Leverage people data and operational metrics to inform workforce planning, engagement strategies, and leadership decisions.. . Partner with Care Operations and Finance to connect HR insights with clinic-level performance outcomes.. . . Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field and/or HR certification.. . 10+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments; healthcare or tech experience preferred.. . Proven experience supporting care delivery teams, including variable compensation and employment structures.. . Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment law, and multi-state regulatory compliance (e.g., CA, NY).. . Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, and integrating HR systems and tools.. . Ability to create and execute impactful, efficient, and innovative people programs.. . Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across executive, mid-level, and individual contributor levels.. . Excellent communication skills and resilience, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.. . Nice to have: experience supporting mergers & acquisitions (M&A).. .
