Accountabilities. · Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce enhancements, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning to deployment and adoption.. · Own the documentation and continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.. · Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements that improve user experience, maturity level, and adoption.. · Develop adoption strategies, define adoption metrics, and implement quick-win solutions in partnership with training and business teams.. · Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while providing clear user stories and requirements.. · Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.. · Partner with technology teams to resolve defects, build enhancements, and establish best practices for Salesforce product management.. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).. · 7+ years of product ownership or program management experience with a proven track record of delivering product enhancements and solutions.. · 7+ years of Salesforce.com (or similar CRM/SFA platform) experience, with strong business process knowledge.. · Hands-on expertise with tools such as Jira, Atlassian, and visualization/reporting solutions.. · Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on stakeholder feedback.. · Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.. · Knowledge of UX design principles, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional models is preferred.. · Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.. · Authorization to work in the USA (no sponsorship available)..
