Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects will be essential for success in this position.. Accountabilities:. . Assist customers with planning and executing software upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform. . Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor the upgrade process to meet their requirements. . Provide clear, consistent communication and guidance throughout the entire upgrade process. . Work with internal teams to facilitate data migration, system configuration, and user training. . Track upgrade progress, identify potential challenges, and escalate issues when necessary. . Document insights and lessons learned to improve future upgrade processes. . Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. . . Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. . 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting. . Experience in customer support, project coordination, or software implementation, preferably within a SaaS environment. . Familiarity with software upgrades or migrations is a plus. . Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. .
