Lead the full post-sale client journey from onboarding to optimization, growth, and renewal, ensuring seamless transitions and strategic alignment.. . Serve as the trusted advisor to key clients, deeply understanding their business models, challenges, and strategic goals to tailor platform adoption.. . Partner with Account Managers to deliver impactful quarterly business reviews and provide insights on usage, product alignment, and roadmaps.. . Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with product, support, finance, and marketing to influence roadmap and drive solutions.. . Maintain high client satisfaction by proactively identifying needs, prescribing platform solutions, and facilitating ongoing engagement.. . Help build a culture of excellence through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and supporting the goals of the broader Client Success team.. . . 10+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role (or 5+ years with an MBA), ideally serving strategic or enterprise clients.. . Deep knowledge of client lifecycle strategies, change management, and business operations within financial or investment services.. . Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong client-facing presence at the executive level.. .
