Challenge ahead: . We are looking for an AI Evangelist to lead the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence within our R&D organization. This role is ideal for a technically experienced leader—someone who has managed teams or projects before and is now deeply passionate about the transformative potential of AI. The AI Evangelist will act as the go-to champion for AI, inspiring R&D teams, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that AI-powered solutions are embedded into our development workflows and product innovation processes.. What you will work on: . . AI Advocacy & Vision. . . Inspire and educate R&D teams on the potential of AI, showcasing practical use cases.. . Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and assess their relevance to our R&D efforts.. . . Strategy & Integration. . . Partner with R&D leadership to design and execute an AI adoption strategy.. . Identify opportunities to enhance product development, testing, and research processes with AI.. . Ensure that AI is leveraged across the entire R&D lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.. . . Enablement & Education. . Build and deliver internal workshops, training sessions, and best practices for R&D staff.. Act as a trusted advisor to engineers, researchers, and product teams exploring AI initiatives.. . Implementation & Measurement. . . Lead pilot projects within R&D to validate AI-driven approaches, measure impact, and scale successful solutions.. .
