Nuvolo Junior Trainer at Gritter Francona. Position Summary. Gritter Francona is seeking a motivated Nuvolo Junior Trainer to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line.. The Nuvolo application is an enterprise asset management (EAM) module built on the ServiceNow platform, delivering a modern Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). It replaces legacy functionality previously provided through VistA AEMS/MERS and IBM Maximo. The Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules enhance clinical asset lifecycle management, improve preventive maintenance documentation, and reduce downtime of critical medical devices across Veterans Medical Centers (VAMCs).. The Nuvolo Junior Trainer supports enterprise-wide training delivery, testing coordination, user adoption, and continuous improvement efforts across lower and Production environments.. The Nuvolo Junior Trainers Duties include but not limited to:. Training Development & Delivery Support. Assist in planning, developing, and delivering instructor-led and web-based training. . Support creation and revision of: . Workbooks and instructional guides . Standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Job aids and reference materials . Online learning modules . Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions under the guidance of senior training staff. . Support train-the-trainer sessions and regional workshops. . Application Knowledge & Testing Support. Develop detailed working knowledge of the Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules. . Coordinate and support system testing activities. . Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). . Support planning, testing, and issue mitigation during ServiceNow and Nuvolo upgrades and patch releases. . Assist in maintaining data and process models. . Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support. Support general application training services across lower and Production environments. . Assist with user support tied to: . Upgrades and patches . Workflow enhancements . Dashboard/report creation . Notification and system email updates . Interface updates . Group/role changes . Help analyze user feedback and incident trends to identify training needs. . Provide remediation training following break/fix incidents. . Administrative & Learning Management Support. Perform training-related administrative tasks. . Develop and maintain training databases and learning management records. . Track course completion and evaluation results. . Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and assist with reporting. . Participate in meetings, committees, and stakeholder sessions as needed. . Project & Organizational Support. Assist in developing work plans and supporting project organization. . Contribute to documentation supporting system upgrades and enhancements. . Support continuous improvement initiatives across the HTM Service Line.. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS). . Minimum of . three (3) years of experience. supporting application programming, software systems, or technical training. . Must have experience supporting Nuvolo (any module).. Experience with the Veterans Health Administration is . preferred.. Experience delivering Nuvolo Clinical EAM and/or OT Security module is . preferred.. An understanding of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN), Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM)/Biomedical Engineering department operations is . preferred..
