Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Document Management System (DMS).. . Ensure technical documentation and filings are complete, current, and properly routed, approved, and stored.. . Support audits, including regulatory, customer, and internal inspections.. . Enforce compliance with applicable standards and escalate issues to appropriate authorities when needed.. . Assist with general tasks to support the maintenance and enhancement of the Quality Management System.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects current practices and operational requirements.. . . Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.. . 2–4 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably FDA-regulated or Software as a Medical Device.. . Experience creating and maintaining paper and electronic records.. . Basic knowledge of Quality System Regulations (e.g., 21 CFR 11, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485).. .
