Affiliate Team Lead at Gypsy Collective. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Affiliate Team Lead to manage and scale an affiliate program across multiple brands and global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and partner relationships.. Affiliate Team Lead is responsible for implementing and delivering the Company’s strategy by managing the work of affiliate managers to source partners and negotiate deals to attract high-quality traffic to the Company’s projects. This role requires strategic oversight, proactive decision-making, and effective leadership.. . 2+ years of experience in a Senior Affiliate role, with at least 1 year in a - Affiliate Team Lead or similar leadership position in the iGaming industry;. . Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and problem-solving, utilizing relevant metrics;. . Skilled in digital strategy, including mobile apps, with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SQL, and web-based technology;. . Strong background in Sales and Digital marketing, with a deep understanding of marketing tools;. . Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and performance metrics;. . Proven experience in managing multiple teams effectively;. . Energetic, driven, capable of multitasking, and working independently. . Your daily adventures. Team Leadership & Daily Operations. . Oversee the day-to-day activities of affiliate managers, including task planning, performance tracking, and fostering team collaboration. . . Ensure full market and brand coverage across target geographies. . . Affiliate Acquisition & Engagement. . Lead the search and onboarding of new affiliate partners using tools like Ahrefs, Humbl, CRMs, forums, and direct outreach. . . Build and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing partners. . . Performance & Traffic Monitoring. . Define and monitor team KPIs; provide regular performance reports. . . Continuously analyze partner traffic to ensure quality, relevance, and profitability. . . Implement initiatives aimed at improving results and scaling the program. . . Deal Management & Reconciliation. . Pre-screen affiliate traffic and partner quality before deal approval. . . Coordinate monthly traffic and commission reconciliations with partners. . . Partner Training & Support. Provide onboarding and regular support to affiliates on platform usage and best practices. . Market & Competitor Research. . Analyze GEO-specific opportunities and adjust offers accordingly. . . Benchmark competitor programs and suggest improvements. . . Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with other teams (e.g. marketing, product, legal) to ensure alignment and improve the affiliate program. . Team Development. . Mentor and motivate team members, helping them grow professionally. . . Identify and resolve workflow or interpersonal challenges within the team. . . Industry Engagement. Represent the company at relevant conferences and networking events to expand partner relations and market visibility.. Company Location: Ukraine.
