Accountabilities:. . Design, automate, and deploy large-scale image quality assessments and performance metrics.. . Define and implement improvements in image quality, developing mitigations and long-term enhancements.. . Create and optimize new imaging systems, modes, and architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.. . Develop and refine image processing pipelines for high-resolution, multispectral, and hyperspectral data.. . Work closely with operations, product, optics, embedded systems, and software teams to ensure imaging excellence.. . Contribute to system reliability, data integrity, and cross-disciplinary innovation.. . . Minimum 2 years of experience in image processing, quality assessment, or computational photography.. . Solid understanding of imaging algorithms, linear algebra, statistics, and physics fundamentals.. . Strong Python programming skills within Unix/Linux environments; automation and pipeline development experience.. . Hands-on knowledge of high-resolution imaging systems and line scanner data.. .
