Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post go-live. . . . Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:. Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional specifications. Act as a trusted advisor for process improvements and system enhancements. . . . Solution Design & Functional Configuration:. Design scalable, future-ready solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals. Configure functional components in Compensation & Benefits, including eligibility profiles, plan design, payroll integration, and self-service features. . . . Testing & Quality Assurance:. Develop and execute test scenarios, validate configurations, and ensure data accuracy and system integrity during user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and regression testing. . . . Documentation & Training:. Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions and support onboarding of HR users. . . . Stakeholder Communication:. Act as a liaison between HR, business, and technical teams. Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly and proactively to leadership and cross-functional teams. . . . Continuous Improvement:. Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features to optimize HR processes and elevate employee experience. . . Skills & Qualifications:. . . Experience:. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation/support, with a deep focus on Compensation & Benefits. . . . Functional Expertise:. Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation structures, and benefits administration. Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. . . . Tools & Technologies:. Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits modules. Familiarity with payroll integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and HCM security frameworks is a plus. . . . Education:.
