
Brand Manager - 6 month Fixed Term Contract at Hertility Health. We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to evolve and scale the Hertility brand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who can lead campaigns, manage a small team, and contribute to business-critical projects that drive awareness, trust and conversion that drive growth for the business.. You’ll work cross-functionally to plan, execute and optimise brand initiatives across all touchpoints - with a focus on scaling content, and campaigns and strengthening brand reputation. This role is being offered as a 6 month fixed term contract, is a fully remote role that is open to UK based applicants only as we need regular travel to and from London and we are offering a salary of £50k - £60k.. What You’ll Be Doing 🌟. Brand Ownership:. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with the founders' vision and voice. . Campaign Leadership:. Plan and deliver brand, product, and seasonal campaigns across social, email, influencer, and partnerships. . Content Management:. Oversee the content calendar and guide creative development for a cohesive cross-channel presence. . Performance & Media:. Work with Growth to deliver integrated media plans and campaign performance tracking. . Team Leadership:. Manage the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, supporting agile planning and high-quality brand delivery. . Influencer & Partnerships:. Lead strategies from outreach to performance tracking, ensuring alignment with brand values. . Analytics & Optimisation:. Track brand and campaign results using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale, sharing insights to guide future strategy. . PR Support:. Assist with press efforts and provide brand-aligned messaging for media opportunities. . Collaboration:. Work cross-functionally to deliver consistent, brand-aligned assets and champion creative experimentation. 📜 Relevant Experience: 5+ years in a brand role, ideally within DTC, health tech or purpose-led businesses. Strong campaign planning skills across content, media and creative. 🔎 Detailed Led: Experience working with social media campaign strategy, execution and analysis, with a focus on success in organic channels. 🌟 Team Work: Comfortable leading projects and coaching junior team members. 🧠 Brand Knowledge: Confident using brand, content and customer data to inform strategy. Familiarity with audience research, segmentation or user testing.
