Support the sales team throughout the entire technical sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, demos, and handoffs.. . Qualify technical leads and design tailored service packages across managed network, desktop, server, and cybersecurity domains.. . Serve as the primary technical resource in meetings with prospects—translating needs into integrated managed-service solutions.. . Develop SOWs, runbooks, BOMs, and network diagrams to guide the sales process and delivery team.. . Conduct live demonstrations of security and network management platforms, showcasing real-world value.. . Participate in onboarding calls, QBRs, and renewals—identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to provide market feedback and enhance service offerings.. . Represent the company at industry events and community programs to reinforce thought leadership and brand presence.. . . . 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or MSSP.. . Proven record of designing and closing managed services contracts across cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure domains.. . Hands-on knowledge of endpoint protection, NGFWs, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), virtualization, Wi-Fi, and IAM.. . Familiarity with RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA, N-able, and IT Glue.. . Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (CIS, NIST) and zero-trust architecture.. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.. . Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate client needs and internal priorities effectively.. . Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and project implementations.. .
