In this position, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and ensuring seamless access to our logistics services, all while communicating in Italian.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, including shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service rates via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide clear and accurate information on logistics processes, tariffs, and customs regulations.. . Assist customers with booking shipments, handling changes, and resolving complaints.. . Document all customer interactions and update records accurately within the CRM system.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.. . Keep updated on industry trends and service offerings to enhance customer assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Prior experience in customer service, especially in the logistics or supply chain sector, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.. . Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.. .
