We’re looking for a senior UX lead, hands-on with prototyping and product development, who can shape the vision of our NLP products while delivering at startup speed. This is not a traditional UX role—you’ll be embedded with product, data science, and engineering teams, driving design from idea to prototype to product.. What You’ll Do. . Lead a design vision: define and communicate bold, user-centric product concepts that break new ground.. . Prototype fast—turn abstract ideas into tangible experiences that inspire stakeholders and guide development.. . Work directly with data scientists and engineers to translate raw capability into elegant, usable products.. . Operate with urgency, iterating quickly in a high-stakes startup where traction means success and growth.. . Influence and persuade—sell your ideas to leadership and rally teams around them.. . . Senior-level design experience with proven ability to set direction and drive execution.. .
