Accountabilities. · Oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated technical projects within the Program Management Office (PMO).. · Ensure project objectives align with business strategy and organizational goals.. · Provide governance, oversight, and centralized expertise for project planning, execution, and delivery.. · Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.. · Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance functions.. · Support adherence to compliance, regulatory, and organizational standards throughout project lifecycles.. · Develop and implement processes, templates, and tools to enhance PMO efficiency and project success.. · Mentor and support project managers and team members to strengthen program management capabilities.. · Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.. · Minimum 3 years of relevant IT program or project management experience with a degree, or 5 years without a degree.. · Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.. · Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.. · Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks, drive compliance, and maintain operational standards.. · Experience in technical environments, ideally involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities..
