Key Responsibilities. . Provide inbound customer support by addressing inquiries related to energy products and services.. . Guide customers through their options and assist them in choosing the best energy plans for their needs.. . Handle issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.. . Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and energy solutions to offer informed recommendations to clients.. . . Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; additional proficiency in English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector, is highly desirable.. . Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.. . Ability to explain complex energy-related concepts in a clear and concise manner.. . Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.. .
