We’re hiring a Consensus Engineer here in the US — a strategic builder and thinker who will help us design, launch, and scale our blockchain from zero. This is a rare opportunity to assist in working to architect a new blockchain platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with with our global teams including the executives, engineering, research, GTM, operations, marketing, and people teams between North America and Asia. . 🛠️ What You'll Do.... . Heavily engineering and applying existing consensus protocols. . Collaborate with the global team build out next gen solutions. . Optimize and develop existing systems based on new research insights.. . Stay updated with the latest advancements in cryptography and blockchain technology.. . Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.. . ✅ You Should Have. . . Preferably Ph.D. . (will consider Bachelor’s based on experience) Degree in Computer Science, . Cryptography,. Information Security, or a related field.. . 2+ years of experience as a Consensus Engineer with strong programming skills. . Preferably personal and professional understanding and/or experience with Consensus protocols. . . Prior experience in development at the Consensus layer projects or open-source cryptography contributions. . . Strong problem-solving and communication skills.. . 💎 Bonus Points. .
