Guide clients in navigating platform features and offer tailored recommendations for optimal usage.. . Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided using the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to resolve complex client inquiries.. . Stay informed about the latest product updates and streaming technologies to assist clients better.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.. .
