If you are ready to put your skills to work for something that truly matters, read on. . Overview. The Life is Good Playmaker Project is seeking a highly organized, mid-level . Prospect & Database Manager. to support our donor engagement and philanthropic initiatives. This part-time, remote role is ideal for a Salesforce-savvy professional who thrives on clean data, insightful reporting, and meaningful impact. You'll play a vital role in ensuring donor information is accurate, prospects are qualified and tracked, and the team has the data needed to make informed decisions. Expected commitment is 8-10 hours/week.. . Core Responsibilities. . Donor & Prospect Management (4-6 hours/week). . Maintain donor records across platforms, including . Salesforce. , . Klaviyo. , and . SharePoint. . . Conduct regular prospecting for qualified individuals using . Wealth Engine. and other tools; surface high-potential leads and create follow-up tasks for the Philanthropy team. . Upload and reconcile donation/payment data every week, especially for gifts not automatically synced. . . Data Analysis & Reporting (2-4 hours/week). . Analyze donor trends and past giving behavior to uncover engagement opportunities. . Build and maintain custom Salesforce reports to support fundraising efforts and program impact. . Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor pipeline health, trends, and performance.. . Support fundraising campaign tracking by integrating multi-channel data into Salesforce. . Provide ad hoc reports for Board presentations, grant proposals. . Qualifications. . Minimum . 4 years of experience. in database or data administration. . Proficiency in . Salesforce. (strong familiarity required). . Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical training. . Strong attention to detail and data integrity. . Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote environment. . Nice to Have. . Familiarity with . Klaviyo. and . Wealth Engine. . .
