Act as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers on our marketplace platform via phone, email, and live chat.. . Provide timely and accurate information about orders, product availability, and service offerings to customers.. . Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.. . Document interactions with customers in the CRM system to ensure organized tracking and resolution of inquiries.. . Work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth workflow.. . Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our marketplace services.. . .
