We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager to guide and deliver high-impact IT and digital initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You will facilitate cross-functional teams, coach on agile practices, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Serve as Scrum Master for assigned products, coaching teams in agile practices and facilitating Scrum events to maximize delivery value.. . Evaluate product and project goals, objectives, and scope, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and organizational priorities.. . Plan and manage project execution using tools such as project plans, burndown charts, business cases, and Ishikawa diagrams to provide predictability and visibility to stakeholders.. . Coordinate and communicate regularly with leadership, business owners, and key stakeholders to report progress, risks, and issue resolution.. . Lead change initiatives, remove impediments, and identify methods (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure team and project success.. .
