Read and manually categorize customer comments in English to identify key issues and feedback themes. . . Conduct internet research to gather information on software problems reported by customers. . . Daily reporting.. . Analyze collected data and create clear, concise summaries and presentations using PowerPoint. . . Perform market research and product comparisons to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.. . What You Bring:. At least High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred. . Fluency in . English(C1). . . Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting tools. . Highly customer focused mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented. . Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures. .
