Full Stack Developer at Creative Chaos. Job Summary: . We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS — and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. You’ll also help define best practices for AI-assisted development, integrating Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle.. Responsibilities:. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).. • Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS.. • Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining human-level oversight and architectural control.. • Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.. • Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2).. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation.. • Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong adherence to best practices.. • Collaborate with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence.. • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team.. • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.. • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.. • Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway, IAM).. • Solid experience with Docker and containerized deployments.. • Strong background in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization.. • Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.. • Working knowledge of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter).. • Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems.. • Excellent problem-solving skills, code quality discipline, and autonomy.. Preferred Qualifications. • Experience integrating Claude Code into large-scale or production-level projects.. • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).. • Comfortable in Agile or fast-moving startup environments.. • Contributions to open-source projects or AI tooling initiatives..
