As Sales Enablement Manager, you will design, implement, and measure programs that accelerate sales performance, onboarding, and continuous learning for global revenue teams. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the sales organization is fully equipped to achieve its goals. The position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable enablement initiatives. Co-build and execute a global Sales Enablement strategy in alignment with organizational goals.. . Define quarterly enablement priorities, establish KPIs, and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.. . Design, update, and deliver world-class onboarding programs to reduce ramp time for new hires.. . Develop and implement ongoing sales training programs to drive continuous learning and team growth.. . Create and maintain sales content, including playbooks, collateral, presentations, and tools that communicate the company’s value proposition.. . Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, AM, Legal, Growth) to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and project execution.. . Serve as the interface between sales and other departments, driving cross-functional initiatives and supporting team success.. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.. . Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. Experience with Tech (CTO) and Security (CISO) personas is a plus.. . Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.. . Strong content creation skills, with a passion for producing high-quality materials and delivering them with enthusiasm.. .
