Senior Compliance & Privacy Manager. who thrives in complex regulatory environments and enjoys providing trusted guidance across a global organization. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer (DPO) as deputy, supporting the development of compliance and data protection frameworks, providing expert guidance on regulatory and privacy matters, independently managing privacy incidents, and advising teams across the business. You will also contribute to key cross-functional initiatives such as the Data Protection Management System, Code of Ethics, ESG topics, and internal training programs.. Act as a trusted advisor on data protection and compliance matters, including GDPR and international privacy regulations (e.g., DPAs, Standard Contractual Clauses). Independently handle privacy incidents and manage communication with authorities, data subjects, customers, and internal stakeholders. Build trustful relationships and clearly explain complex topics to different audiences. Develop and maintain data protection and compliance documentation (policies, standards, guidelines, templates). Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS), including effective use of supporting tools. Drive and support cross-functional initiatives such as Code of Ethics and Business Conduct as well as ESG-related topics. Design and deliver compliance and privacy training content, support awareness activities, and ensure tracking and follow-up. Work in a structured, self-organized manner and manage multiple topics efficiently in a dynamic environment. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities. Business-fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Company Location: Germany.
