We are currently looking for a Technical Product Owner with AEM in the United States.. This role is ideal for an experienced Technical Product Owner who will shape the user experience for a next-generation Componentized Content Management System. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA specialists to translate prioritized capabilities into actionable user stories, ensuring the CMS delivers intuitive and efficient content authoring workflows. The position requires a content-author-first mindset, understanding end-to-end onboarding and testing processes, and guiding remote and offshore teams through Agile development. You will have the opportunity to influence digital transformation, enhance content management capabilities, and contribute directly to the user experience of a major digital platform.. Accountabilities. . Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to decompose capabilities into user stories aligned with the Digital Experience Platform roadmap.. . Lead Agile teams, including engineers and QA, to ensure user stories meet definition of ready for sprint planning.. . Maintain a content-author-first perspective when authoring behavior-driven development (BDD) user stories for CMS functionality.. . Guide and influence cross-functional teams on CMS user onboarding, acceptance criteria, and workflow enhancements.. . Support digital transformation initiatives, including content lifecycle management, translation, versioning, metadata management, and publishing to multiple delivery channels.. . Conduct demonstrations of CMS capabilities, integrating Adobe Workfront and AEM Guides best practices.. . Collaborate with QA and content authors to plan test cases, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure readiness prior to production launch.. . . Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.. . Strong user story writing skills, with examples of behavior-driven story authoring for CMS user experiences.. . Technical writing experience in QA or Business Analysis, detailing test-driven development acceptance criteria.. . Familiarity with Adobe Experience League for planning test cases and understanding out-of-the-box CMS functionality.. . Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders on CMS user experience decisions.. . Enthusiasm for digital transformation, technology innovation, and data-driven product management.. .
