Consultant Expectations. . Lead and Execute Change Management Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans (including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management) for clients undergoing SaaS implementations or significant business transformations.. . SaaS Platform Specialization & Technical Acumen: Leverage in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with specific SaaS platforms (e.g., Atlassian, Apptio, Planview, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) or functional areas (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, supply chain) to design effective change solutions. Possess a strong technical understanding of software, cloud infrastructure, data integration, and potentially coding or scripting, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business impact.. . Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively understanding their unique needs, challenges, and organizational culture. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terms, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client buy-in and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.. .
