In this role, you will serve as a key technical partner for customers, guiding them through the entire engagement lifecycle—from pre-implementation to post-deployment support. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive measurable success. This position offers the opportunity to work directly on advanced security operations, integrate cutting-edge detection use cases, and contribute to strategic product development. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, solving complex challenges, and ensuring optimal adoption of the platform. The role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing communication skills in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.. . Accountabilities. . Manage ongoing and in-progress customer engagements, ensuring a seamless experience from initial setup to full operational use.. . Collaborate with the platform product team to address customer requests, bugs, and enhancement suggestions.. . Develop and integrate tailored detection use cases or integrations in customer environments.. . Normalize datasets and log information within client systems to ensure optimal performance.. . Support customer presentations, demos, and technical workshops to promote adoption and understanding.. . Automate onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.. . Provide feedback and assist in shaping new feature development and product strategy based on customer insights and usage patterns.. . Minimum Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.. . At least 7 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or working with a SIEM solution.. . 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience in Sales Engineering and/or Customer Success.. . Strong background in Data Engineering.. .
