We are seeking a highly skilled . Project Manager.  to lead a strategic . Data Insights & Analytics Transformation.  initiative. This role requires a combination of . project leadership. , . technical understanding of data environments. , and . strong stakeholder management. . You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project execution, with a particular focus on modernizing data platforms, improving reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.. YOU WILL. . . Project Delivery:. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics transformation initiatives across departments.. . . Cross-Functional Coordination:. Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to define requirements, ensure alignment, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.. . . Cloud & Data Platform Management:. Support implementation or migration of data platforms and pipelines (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data lakes, and enterprise BI environments.. . . BI & Reporting Enablement:. Oversee development or enhancement of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with stakeholder needs.. . . Governance & Risk Management:. Proactively manage risks, timelines, budgets, and quality. Maintain clear documentation and project records.. . . Change Enablement:. Support user adoption by coordinating training, creating documentation, and driving stakeholder engagement related to new tools, data standards, and reporting processes.. . . Data Quality & Literacy:. Promote awareness of key data definitions, KPIs, and reporting logic across business teams. Partner with users to ensure consistent understanding and trust in the data.. . . Compliance:. Ensure all project deliverables meet internal and external data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR).. . 5+ years of experience in . project management. , including 2+ years in . data or analytics-related projects. . . Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in data environments. . Strong understanding of . data pipelines. , . ETL. , . data modeling. , and . cloud-based architectures. . . Experience with . modern BI tools.  (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions. . Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes. . Experience promoting user adoption and managing change in data transformation programs. . Understanding of . data privacy regulations.  (e.g., GDPR) and their impact on data management. . . PMP certification.  (Project Management Professional) is . required. . . Fluency in . English. Preferred Qualifications:. . . . Experience working with . Master Data Management (MDM).  or data harmonization processes. . Familiarity with . Agile. , . Scrum. , or hybrid project delivery frameworks. . Technical certifications related to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, AWS Certified Data Analytics). . Prior experience working in multinational, matrixed organizations. . Ability to lead training and data literacy initiatives within business functions. . . . Work Environment:. . . Fully remote within the EU time zone. . Cross-functional collaboration with Data, Analytics, IT, and Commercial teams. . Reporting directly to senior business and technical stakeholders. . . Company Location: Poland.
