You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing deliverables, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. This role involves facilitating collaboration across multiple teams, translating complex requirements into actionable plans, and providing clear reporting to senior leadership. Accountabilities. ·         Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex interagency programs.. ·         Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts and timeline tracking.. ·         Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor performance and deliverables.. ·         Coordinate and manage interdependencies, milestones, and project risks across multiple stakeholders.. ·         Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and strategic discussions with leadership and teams.. ·         Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation in approved systems such as SharePoint or Box.. ·         Produce actionable reports, including progress summaries, leadership briefings, and interagency coordination updates.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degrees are a plus.. ·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting large organizations or government agencies.. ·         PMP or equivalent project management certification.. ·         Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet GOV, or Confluence.. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.. ·         Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.. ·         Familiarity with federal healthcare programs and interagency operations is highly desirable.. .
