Account Executive at Tax Analysts. The Sales Executive is responsible for executing key initiatives to drive sales and foster strong client relationships. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with current clients, target new prospects, and contribute to overall sales objectives. The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining renewal rates, achieving sales targets, and expanding the client base. The Sales Executive position requires a high degree of entrepreneurship and organization.. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES . include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet sales objectives:. . Identify opportunities within the existing customer base.. . Schedule appointments with current clients to assess needs and facilitate cross-selling of new products.. . Secure and process orders for current and new clients.. . Maintain a specified renewal rate for assigned current clients.. . Maintain a minimum number of new prospect opportunities.. . Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic initiatives, including price increases, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.. . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine target lists and lead generation strategies.. . Stay informed on company products and industry trends to enhance knowledge and expertise.. . Adhere to all reporting and internal Best Practices guidelines.. . Work a list of target prospect accounts and new customer leads consistently.. . Utilize our internal CRM for comprehensive client and prospect interaction, focusing on customer renewal information and pipeline management.. . Develop a consultative approach to add value to customers and prospects through in-depth knowledge and expertise.. . Attend assigned tax conferences as needed.. . KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: . . Demonstrated proficiency in effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.. . Sound understanding of basic sales skills, including problem-solving abilities.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to establish and maintain rapport, demonstrating superior interpersonal skills.. . Exhibit a strong work ethic, with the ability to work and thrive with minimal supervision.. . Highly enthusiastic and curious, displaying a proactive approach to tasks.. . Superior customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.. . Strong computer skills: Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and the Internet.. . Ability to work independently and succeed with minimal supervision.. . Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.. . . 5+ years of proven sales skills with a history of exceeding sales quota in a B2B sales role, inside or outside.. .
