We are currently looking for a Senior Director of Technical Services, Americas in United States.. In this leadership role, you will oversee service delivery operations across North and South America, driving customer satisfaction and aligning with global initiatives. Reporting to the Global VP of Technical Services, you will serve as the regional point of contact for executive-level engagements, escalations, and strategic accounts. The position requires a balance of operational excellence, technical acumen, and people leadership, with a strong focus on creating value for customers in complex, fast-paced environments. You will also play a critical part in building high-performing teams, strengthening collaboration across functions, and ensuring consistent alignment with company-wide priorities.. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead technical service teams across the Americas, ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery aligned with global standards.. ·         Act as the executive point of contact for escalations, strategic customers, and key regional stakeholders.. ·         Translate global strategies into actionable regional service plans, aligning them with business objectives.. ·         Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to optimize the customer journey.. ·         Identify regional trends, challenges, and feedback to support continuous service improvements.. ·         Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence across teams.. ·         Oversee regional talent development, performance management, and succession planning.. ·         Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.. ·         10+ years of experience in technology or cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in regional leadership roles.. ·         Proven ability to lead large, multi-country teams across the Americas.. ·         Strong track record of building high-performing, customer-facing teams.. ·         Hands-on experience in service delivery, customer success, or technical consulting.. ·         Solid understanding of cybersecurity and OT/industrial security concepts.. ·         Strong communication and escalation management skills, with the ability to build trust at executive levels.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.. ·         Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese skills highly desirable.. ·         Customer-first mindset, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment..
