This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires across multiple regions.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles across engineering, product, infrastructure, and other tech teams. . . Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes. . . Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple search techniques and creative outreach. . . Screen candidates for technical capability, motivation, and culture fit. . . Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder communication. . . Track pipeline activity, interview progress, and hiring metrics through internal systems. . . Provide market insights and candidate feedback to help hiring managers make informed decisions. . . Support offer preparation and closing processes. . . 3–6 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment. . . Strong experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and data specialists. . . Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions across different locations or time zones. . . Skilled in sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and market research. . . Experience working with recruitment systems and structured interview workflows. . . Clear communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills. . .
