Consult Dutch-speaking clients on their online ticketing and event service needs.. . Assist clients in the setup and management of ticket sales for various events.. . Address client inquiries regarding ticketing processes and provide effective solutions.. . Deliver training sessions for clients to maximize the efficient use of our ticketing platform.. . Analyze ticket sales data and provide insights to help improve event outcomes.. . Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent operational support.. . Document feedback and interactions with clients to enhance service offerings.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service or consulting, ideally in the events or ticketing industry.. . Strong understanding of online ticketing platforms and best practices in event management.. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.. . Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.. . Familiarity with ticketing and event management software is advantageous.. . Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.. .
